Regarding of Valet Parking issue, We had a solution for rectify as followings :
1) Limousine Company will try to recruitment Valet Parking Staff from 5 persons to 7 persons ( This option have a cost and need an approve from controller )
2) Limousine Company will support Valet Parking Staff by assign 2 Limousine Driver when security request for a big function of guests more 800 person ( This option we can pay to driver 200 Baht per person from hotel as we pay for Parking Master in currently )
3) We have to discuss limit for time operation nowadays we service to guest 24 hrs. Please allow me comment if we set operation time from 11.00 – 23.00 hrs. I believe that we can improve performance for service the guest because our staff can prepare a working schedule and work life balance ( Now they had one day off per week and someday they finished 1 AM. Or 2 AM. And come back to work on next morning 7 AM. )
4) If you agree with service operation time of Valet Parking Staff, I will arrange a sign board for inform to guest.
