-Any trace must be read during the check-in
-Any remarks on profile must be read or filled if necessary.
-Hotel information must be informed upon check-in.
-Politely ask for payment details base on billing instruction which is mentioned in the correspondence.
-If the guests would like to settle the bill by credit card, per-authorization must be process.
-If the credit card is declined, politely ask for another card or offer alternative payment method.
-If the guests would like to settle by cash, cash deposit must be settled into guest folio.
- Check is there any message for the guest and delivers it to the guest promptly.
-The guests need to sign the registration card to complete check-in procedure.
