Situation: Set my own target and contribute and ensure the performance to achieve all target and improve continuously.
Task: Learn from the mistakes and to correct the mistake not to repeat it again. If i don't know somthing, learn to ask and gathering knowledge for self-development.
Action: Self motivation also encorage people and a team member to preform work effectively.
Result: Success but it is not good enough. Will continult to improve myself and the team.
