The food I love most
My favourite food is noodle. Noodle is nutritious and contains 4 groups;carbohydrates,protein,vitamins and fat. Carbohydrates are in noodles and they are one of the most important components in many food. Besides,they provide a lot of energy.
Protein in the balls, pork or beef, fish, animal offal is also important for heath and it can repair worn parts of body.
Vitamins and minerals in vegetables or sprinkle sprouts, kale and morning glory help the body to function normally and produce immunity.
Fat that is from garlic oil or animal fats provides energy to the body.
And noodles are easy and inexpensive to buy.Moreover,there are many kinds of noodle,such as tomyam and seafood. That’s why I like noodle most and eat it often.
