Plyometric training involves completing speci c exercises or activities to develop power and sport-speci c skills. Plyometric training should be used carefully, because it can be physically stressful on the body and cause muscle soreness.Plyometric exercises can be organised as part of a circuit, see gure 1.2 for an example.
