• We are developing new tools and comprehensive plans to drive performance and improve reporting. These will e.g. include tools like end-to-end APMS (Advertising & Promotion Management system), allowing to plan ATL/BTL marketing activities more effectively, improve accuracy of sales forecasts, better control A&P budget spending, and provide accurate, centralized, consolidated and more comprehensive reporting (data can be viewed by all functions on required dimensions like channels, product category, clients, etc.), while respecting the confidentiality when needed
