Remember to use the Attraction and Entry phase (ref. Learning experience model) to create interest. If you e.g. plan to use a case study, you can already in the preparation material raise the challenge/problem and help the participants understand how this learning experience will be useful for them in their daily work, “what’s in it for me?”. You can use the preparation material also to arouse their curiosity – e.g. give them only a few pieces of the puzzle. And encourage them to create personal compelling goals – discover usefulness.
Make sure examples and design are as current and up to date as possible.
