Oversee the HR functions comprising recruitment, payroll, employee relations, compensation & benefits,
performance management, Training Development and employee services.
Oversee the recruitment administrative process ensuring the appropriate requisition forms,
statistics of people movement and new employee information is all in order.
Oversee and Ensure to laws requirement and accurate submission of Personal income Tax,
social security fund and provident fund and other concerned to laws.
Oversee&Ensure HR processes are in line and strictly adhered of requirement in Qulity Certification
Ensure accuracy and timely submission of monthly HR Report and etc.
Collaborating with other sections including Employee Relations and Training & Development, in relation to
HR practices in order to serve continual business growth, legal compliance and the industrial policy.
Assistant Line Division Managers/Department head to customize all HR function and providing advice
to line managers for developing their staff efficiency as planned.
Conduct employee induction program to all new staff
Perform other duties as assigned.
