In my opinion from my experience that use to optimise the task by using Lean Sigma is the way the we can control the quality of working process but ,might be effect with Operation Cost for labour and foods cost in term of restaurant management by using Six sigma , the six sigma will support the business process that increase the standard for process for work might help to reduce labour cost by 15 % but for reduce of foods cost might need other function to explain
