Prototyping with code
For those who can, prototyping with code presents a sensible approach because you are producing something that you might be able to use later in the front-end build phase of the project. It also makes sense to prototype with code because you don’t need to spend ages trying to recreate the effect of a piece of code in a tool like Axure; you can just make it work “for real.” See Figure
18-8. This method is probably the hardest to do if you are a rookie coder and in reality you are more likely to turn to a bespoke drawing tool to help you. Of course, if you are a competent coder this is likely to be the obvious choice for you.
