Qualifications
Bachelor or Master Degree in any Business Administration related fields.
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and computer proficiency
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an HR Generalist, HR Cover, HR Management and Talent Development.
Experienced from international company is an advantage.
Ability to proactively identify business needs and find appropriate solutions.
Able to work very independently in all areas of HR.
Service attitude & a positive mindset.
Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal and management skills.
Proven experience of working in a global business community and with highly matrixed organizations.
