Covering a staggering 80,000 acres, the Phu Toei National Park comprises Ong Phra Forest, Khao Phu Rakam Forest, and Khao Huai Phlu Forest of Amphoe Dan Chang, Suphan Buri. The lush forest contains a large variety flora and fauna, and is a major watershed area for both SuphanBuri and Kanchanaburi. The mountain range of Phu Toei is also home to thousands of mountain pines and offers beautiful scenic viewpoints.
Attractions within the park include waterfalls, a reservoir, campgrounds and an ethnic minority village. Giant cycad trees as old as 300 years abound on Phu Toei Mountain.
he park office is 14 kilometers in the direction of Amphoe Ban Rai, Uthai Thani province. To get there, turn left through Ban Wang Khun (a village) and drive for another 14 kilometers, a total of about 50 kilometers from Amphoe Dan Chang.
Admission fee is 100 bath for adults and 50 bath for chrildrent. The park is open daily from 8.00 am-5.00 pm.
