He has worked in some of the world's top kitchens and exclusive hotels. Previous appointments have also included Executive Sous Chef at Sofitel Montréal, Canada, and Executive Sous Chef/Operations Chef for Gulf Hotels, Manama in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
