For us, we agree with the idea and there are two reasons why student should take afternoon napping. First, the author have statistical of research about medical which show that afternoon napping is how good for student. For example, a study published in the Journal of Applied Physiology found that the “siesta habit” is associated with a 37 percent reduction in coronary mortality, possible because of reduced cardiovascular stress associated with daytime sleep. Moreover, there is research with show that afternoon napping can improve health and decrease the risk of a heart attack. For instance, some researchers hypothesize that the lower blood pressure reduces strain on the heart and decreases the risk of a fatal heart attack. Second, student learn best when they take a nap and are after awake and ready to learn. For example, one study found that particpants who napped regularly for 10-, 20-, and 30-minute periods improved their performance on cognitive tests of memory and vigilance conducted in the subsequent two and a half hours. In addition, students feel happy and it make them feel fresh after take a nap. For instance, there are studies that show midday power naps (about 20 min) can increase mood and performance, focus and mood. In conclusion, we think student should take afternoon napping because they learn hard and there are many activity each day, so they should take a nap to learning have performance and feel fresh and ready to learn new something.
