Thanks for your effort to resolve SSE issue. Anyway, non-compliance for new SSE procedure still be found in Gulf of Thailand. So I would like to furtherly communicate the brief of new SSE procedure for your acknowledgement.
- Person be under 1 or more of following conditions is defined as SSE.
• Less than six months experience in industry
• Less than six months experience in the same trade/craft/job type and vessel type (for marine crew)
• Return to work in their trade/craft after break in services in the industry for more than one year. For drilling operation, return to work in their trade/craft after break in services in the industry for more than 180 days or 3 hitches
• Less than 6 months working at the current location
- Persons arranging or supplying personnel that will be identified as SSE’s, shall notify the Chevron Requisitioner or Contract Owner or Project Owner or supervisors at least 2 weeks prior to mobilization or arrival on location by providing completed CTEP SSE form, in attachment. Section I and II in SSE form will be prepared by Persons arranging or supplying personnel. 
- Chevron Contract owner or FEOCC will sign approve on Section III
- If all SSE condition can’t meet one of requirement in Section II, Section V should be completed and send to Chevron Contract owner or FEOCC for approval. This Section V can be completed before the first submission.
