Step 1: Sign in to the Google Play Store app
Make sure your Android device comes with the Google Play Store app Google Play Store.
Sign in using the same account you're using on your computer (play.google.com).
Note: The Play Store app does not work on an iPhone, iPad, or Kindle.
Step 2: Download an app on your device
Once you are signed in to the Play Store app, download an app. After you've downloaded an app, your device will be linked to your Google Account.
After a few minutes, you can download apps to your device using your computer (play.google.com).
Step 3: Clear your app's data
If you still see the error message after signing in to the Google Play Store app Google Play Store and downloading an app, clear your app's data.
Open your device's main Settings menu.
Select Apps or Application manager. (This may be different depending on your device.)
Select Google Play Store Google Play Store.
Touch Clear data.
