You may delay delivery to review these orders and verify the customer. We recommend that you issue a full refund if your review leads you to believe that these charges were made with credit cards which may have been stolen or used without the true cardholder’s authorization. If you do not issue a refund, the cardholder may dispute the charge with their bank, resulting in a chargeback.
