To make a better output, we SEMKORAT have to do following actions.
All SEMKORAT team members should do each role fully. Lazy and idle members can't be together any more!
- Accomplish our process-DPPM Goal of 10,000 dppm within April. (Engineers and Function leaders know well it)
- Daily MPQA activities should be up-graded up to Level.2 (Line leaders and quality leaders know it)
- Make a 10,000 dppm also in Hub-Part Quality. All CNC machines have to be controlled well by technicians.
- Supply good materials only to our production lines, by IQC/SQE team. Higher prices and Bad quality now!
- Function leaders and engineers will do "Big-Y projects" to change our factory.
- Technicians will do "Small-Y projects" to remove any risks and to save loss costs in the lines.
- MRO and Energy have to be cut upto 1/2 levels of current ones.
- Every weekends(Sat. and Sunday) will do work off except some key processes, to save energy.
- Excessive Manpower must be turned into productive jobs.
