Elasticity analysis is a measurement of response in choice probability to changes in attributes of an
alternative. However, in terms of transportation planning, it is important to know the aggregate
elasticity. The uniform disaggregate cross elasticities that result from the IIA property may not hold at
an aggregate level. As this study concentrates on enhancement of access modes to Nonthaburi pier,
especially public modes, the direct elasticity was directly calculated solely from the bus utility function
and the cross elasticity was determined as the level of service of other access modes changed. Table XI
