Job Description
• Work with management on current and future staffing needs to identify job requirements
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers in identifying sources of potential applicants and interview guidelines
• Establish and maintain strong partnership with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring needs
• Build a talent pool of potential candidates through various platforms
• Utilize the Taleo to effectively track requisitions and all recruitment-related activities data in a timely manner
• To source, identify, screen, set-up interview and recommend placement of appropriate candidates for all levels
• Review applications and resumes from internal and external sources to pre-screen candidates for open positions
• Initiate pre-employment screenings including drug tests/medical check-up and monitor results.
