The analysis of the effect of the one-millimeter graphite spacer on the registered temperature was carried out as follows. A special stamp was prepared with two holes made in the middle. One was touching the graphite, and the second was drilled right through it (such that the tip of the thermocouple was touching the sample ). A similar pair of holes was also made close to the edge of the sample . Thermocouples were introduced to all holes, and the sintering process was carried out .
รูปที่ 8 shows the results obtained as the difference between the thermocouple touching the graphite and the thermocouple measuring the temperature of the sample directly . It can be can be concluded that the difference between the thermocouple readings in both the center of the sample and the edge is rather small, not exceeding approximately 5-10 ๐c . This means that the graphite layer does not significantly affect the results. Since the difference is negative, it means that the actual temperature of all the samples in the later studies is in fact 5-10 ๐c higher than that indicated by the thermocouple.
