F .Trademark rights and protection
The designations MUSICA MUDI INTERKULTUR and the new designed logo for the Chiang Mai event and the corresponding logos internationally registered trademarks of INTERKULTUR .All name rights, trademark rights, title rights and/or any other rights in this respect shall remain exclusively with INTERKULTUR . Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, this includes INTERKULTUR’ s exclusive right to carry out any additional trademark and/or other registrations using one of the aforementioned names in INTERKULTUR ‘s sole name and at INTERKULTUR’s sole discretion . Furthermore ,HOST CITY willrefrain from any own trademark registration in this respect without prior written approval from INTERKULTUR (provided that any violation of this provision shall constitute amaterial breach of agreement by HOST CITY )
HOST CITY guarantees that the use of the aforementioned protected trademarks and/or the corresponding logos will be permitted in Thailand
HOST CITY hereby authorises INTERKULTUR, free of charge, to use the name of the city of HOST CITY and its coat of arms / logo within the parameters of the duties assumed by INTERKULTUR in reletion to advertising and announcing the 2016 event . This right applies until revoked , but willexpire at the end of the year the event takes place at the latest.
G .Final clauses
29.Coming into effect
This agreement comes into effect with the signatures of legal representatives of both parties to the contract.
