The Company and the Employee agree that for the period of 119 days commencing from the Effective Date, the Employee’s employment shall be considered on a probationary basis (“Probationary Period”), during which the Company may terminate this Agreement with the Employee and the Company is, upon termination of this Agreement, not required to pay severance to the Employees. If the employee does not pass the probation Period based on evaluation of the employer, the employer shall be deemed to end the contract immediately
