1) For author/s of only one affiliation (Heading 3): To
change the default, adjust the template as
follows.Organization structure tables: these tables will store
the system infrastructure information, mainly including the
user and organization data. Generally speaking, the
workflow system is not the separate system, so the login and
authentication information haven’t been included in the key
tables. Of course, in order to be integrated and compatible
with other systems, the workflow system can use the View
method to store the user and organization data.
2) Workflow Maintenance tables:
a) Register table: this table will be used to store the
workflow itself and its related information such as templates
and applied department… etc…
b) Tasks table: this table will be used to store all the
workflow tasks.
c) Notification table: this table will be used to store the
system emails and system notice.
d) Role table: this table will be used to store all the
roles
e) User and Role Mapping table: this table will be
used to store the mappings between the role and the users.
3) Workflow data tables:

workflow itself and its related information such as templates
and applied department… etc…
b) Tasks table: this table will be used to store all the
workflow tasks.
