If your order is [Preparing for Shipping] or [Preparing items] status, then we can process exchange for you.
Just contact our customer center with the URL or name/code of the item as well as the order number.
But In case item is already shipped or is being packed for delivery, then exchange will no longer be available,
If you choose a sold-out item for an exchange, we will be shipping out the original item you first purchased or suggest refund.
Please request for exchange within 3 days of purchase.
