Responsibilities
Reports to foreign CEO/Partners of the company
Managing the day to day operations of the office
Arrange and coordinate meetings as requested, manage and organize conference room for meetings
Assist Management team in ad-hoc duties
Completes special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules
Coordinate and arrange for travel and guest arrangements
Maintains continuity among corporate, division, and local work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
Qualifications
Female, Well Presented
Bachelors’ degree or equivalent
Comfortable in an international working environment
Strong Planning and organizational skills
Developed interpersonal and communication skills
Professional appearance and manner
Computer literacy, specifically Word and Excel
Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience
Fluent in English is a MUST
Legally permitted to work in Thailand
