The following topics are addressed in the ammending regulation:
- Higher maximum levels for heavy metals are allowed for long-term supply formulations of complementary feed containing high levels of trace elements.
- The maximum level of arsenic in ferrous carbonate, used as feed additive, is increased to guarantee the supply of ferrous carbonate on the European market
-For products and by-products from sugar beet and sugarcane and from the starch production, including from alcoholic drink production, maximum level are set.
- Changes in the listing of Brassica species under harmful botanical impurities
