slice lamb piecemeal.
fried lamb to medium.
Put butter,garlic, bay leaves,black pepper thai and onion chop into the pot.
Put lamb into the pot.

Flavor with wodter sauce, tomato sauce, salt and sugar then put potato and carrot into the pot.
Cook by steaming until potato and carrot done.
