Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal courier or postal service for delivery.
If the parcel can't be delivered, the carrier will take it back to the local depot, and leave you a card telling you how you can re-arrange the delivery.
If you have not received your order/s after 45 days after your order date, please contact us - any order/s that are reported missing to us beyond 60 days can't be replaced nor compensated.
