Task requiring high force?

1.1 Using a finger-grip, a pinch-grip or an open-handed grip to handle a heavy or large load?
1.9 Applying uneven, fast or jerky forces during lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling?
1.2 Needing to use two hands to operate a tool designed for one hand?
1.10 Pushing or pulling objects that are hard to move or to stop (e.g. a trolley or roller rack)?
1.3 Applying sudden or unexpected forces?
1.11 Holding, supporting or restraining a person or heavy object?
1.4 Exerting force at the limit of the grip span?
1.12 Exerting force with the non-preferred hand?
1.5 Hitting or kicking?
1.13 Throwing or catching?
1.6 Pain or significant discomfort during or after the task?
1.14 Exerting high force while in an awkward posture?
1.7 Two or more people need to be assigned to handle load?
1.15 The task can only be done for short periods?
1.8 Lifting, lowering or carrying heavy loads?
1.16 Stronger employees are assigned to do the task?
