Responsible for delivering training programs for the business via the most effective and appropriate mode (Classrooms / webinar / Learning System).
Responsible for conducting on boarding training for the new hires and developmental trainings for the existing staff to ensure their skill-sets are updated with the continuous changing environment of the business.
Ensuring periodic & timely evaluation of all training materials for relevance.
Responsible for the effective implementation of the regional role-based curriculum.
Tracking timely completion of mandatory trainings for the new hires.
Ensuring availability of training records and evaluation summaries for audit.
Responsible for timely and accurate training records to be uploaded into Learning System for tracking purposes.
Work with Product Manager on arranging and training on the essential and update product program to Retail Bank staff.
Provide the daily/monthly MIS tracking report and keep updating the milestone training of Sales staffs to regional as required.
Responsible for the effective implementation of the regional role-based curricula across key business roles.
Delivers global & regional training programs for the business via effective and appropriate modalities (Classrooms / Webinar / Learning System).
Collaborates with key stakeholders to ensure implementation of mandatory training courses (onboarding and upskilling)
Facilitate onshore and offshore online and instructor-led courses, inclusive of on-boarding, up-skill/cross-skill, change and reinforcement learning programs using learner-centric styles and techniques.
Maintain key business relations with internal and external areas (country and regional and related businesses)
Works on ongoing feedback around: a) course improvements; b) new course needs and c) new course content development.
Facilitates coaching, communication and leadership workshops for exempt population.
Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master’s Degree in related field
1-3 years experience in Training, HR or other related fields
Be able to work independently, assertive and work outside classroom
Work well under pressure, have service minded and commitment to work in a team oriented
Strong communication and advisory skills
Good command of English and computer literacy
Experience in either an operational, service or sales environment (ideally obtained within banking and finance).
Equipped to be part of a training design of either regional or local training.
Self-starter – positive, energetic and able to prioritize and act upon the important issues whilst keeping communication channels open to relevant stakeholders.
Highly organized and able to deliver against firm timelines.
Collaborative team player.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
