The sampleOur survey has the objective to investigate the Lebanesebanks’ involvement in CSR activities and how these activitiesare influencing the clients’ behavior. Therefore, the sampleinvolved in this paper’s survey consists of Lebanese banks aswell as their clients.In this regard, we elaborated two questionnaires and sub-mitted them to the two groups of respondents. The first groupis made of bank officers involved or working in the CSR divi-sion of seven different Lebanese commercial banks. For thesample to be representative of the banking sector, we chosethese seven banks from different sizes and categories.As for the second group, it consists of a sample of clients ofthese seven banks. The number of clients interviewed for eachbank varies; ranging from 14 interviewees to 35 interviewees.The latter were randomly selected in the same branch wherethe bank officer was questioned and on the same date. Thetotal number of clients interviewed is 161 clients.
