Findinges :
Tubes/lines : Again seen enteric tube insertion with its tip at stomach.
Bowel gas : Slightly increased degree of small bowel dilatation. Decreased amount of retained colonic.
contrast medium in large bowel and rectum. No free air.
Soft tissues: Unremarkable.
Bony structures: Degenerative change of spine.
Lower thorax: No change of pulmonary nodule in the posterior right lung base.
ImPression:
- Progression of small bowel obstruction.
-Decreased amount of contrast medium in large bowel.
Tubes/lines : The tip of the esophagogastric tube is in the proximal stomach.
Bowel gas : Decreased degree of small bowel dilatation and amount of gas in the small bowel loops.Retained colonic contrast medium is still seen in the entire colon and rectum. No free air.
Soft tissues: No abnormal calcification.
Bony structures: Degenerative spine. the sacrum is partially seen due to overlying bowel gas.
Lower thorax: A 2.7 cm. fnodule in the posterior right lung base is unchanged.
Impression:
Improved degree of small bowel obstruction.
Retained contrast material within the entire colon.More contrast has moved into the descending and sigmoid colon.
No change of a 2.7 cm. right basal lung nodule.
