I'm going with Paul Pogba by a hair over Neymar. If you're talking about making a long-term commitment and building around someone, he ticks all the boxes several times over.
He operates in a central position and, invariably, will be at the center of everything that happens. He has size, strength and athleticism -- enough to ensure he will have a physical impact on any match, even when he's having a poor game. And he has vision, technique and creativity -- enough to ensure that he can create something out of nothing.
Pogba is just 23, which means you'll get a decade or more out of him. He's intelligent and a natural leader. He's also (and this is increasingly important, whether you accept it or not) multilingual, charismatic, articulate and hugely likeable, which means he packs a commercial punch.
Pogba can be the face and the voice of your team for a long time. He won't embarrass you and he'll generate plenty of ka-ching. Not many can say that.
In short, he's the rock on which you build your church.
