I’m going to swim with my friends at sport club. I can experience deep relaxation and to refresh myself or simply relax. I enjoy the serene and peaceful view.

I’m playing badminton with my team at power sport club. I’m a member there. Badminton is a funny sport and a great form of exercise. I already know How to play badminton, But I want to do it better,
I have to find away to maximize my strength and exploit my opponent’s weaknesses and a clever sense of strategy. I enjoy so much.
So I have made time in my day for exercise every in the evening. At first, it was really hard and miserable. Now I’m starting. My heart feels healthy and I feel so good ever day.
