Our department store will use KPI to be the measurement instrument. (KPI is a performance indicator or key performance indicator is a type of performance measurement. KPI evaluate the success of an organization or of a particular activity in which it engages. Often success is simply the repeated, periodic achievement of some levels of operational goal and sometimes success is defined in terms of making progress toward strategic goals). Maybe the employee has KPI in medium level to high level, so we will consider them. Other factor to promote employee is period of work time, maybe five years or ten years they work with our department store. Also the generally of department store will have the unoccupied or not, if there are unoccupied in the department store so we can promote them.
