Estimation of polyphenols using FC method: Different aliquots
of standard tannic acid solution (20-100 μl) were taken in test tubes.
The volume was made up to 200 μl with distilled water. 0.5 ml wine
sample was taken for the estimation of polyphenols. 4 ml of 2% Sodium
Carbonate solution was added along with 200 μl of Folin’s phenol.
