I am pleased to announce the launch of the 2015 edition of the CIMB Emerald Award, CIMB's very own recognition programme for our middle managers (U4 & U5). We introduced the award in 2013, and many have benefitted from the journey of discovery and learning. You heard from the 2013 winners themselves last week in a few teasers over the email.
Professional growth and leadership development are the real rewards of CIMB Emerald Award, but this year, we are also topping up the winners' package with a study tour. Our objectives are the same: to talent spot and to reward exemplary middle managers in CIMB (those who display strong leadership qualities, and skills as described in our CIMB Competency Framework). If you are middle manager, please talk to your supervisor about your interest to take part in this Group-wide programme, and send in your nomination. Or if you have capable middle managers reporting to you, please encourage them to send in their nomination.
