• UI team have to conduct CDD of each customer who cancel policy or reduce SA. If you found that transaction is a suspicious transaction as following, it should be considered reporting the case as a suspicious transaction as well and you must report the transaction promptly to Compliance team.
1. Customers use free look provision (Included all not taken cases) for some all policies and accumulated premium return in 6 months up to THB 2,000,000
2. Customer request to reduce SA for some all policies and accumulated premium return in 6 months up to THB 2,000,000
• In case the customer paid premium by credit card FWD must refund premium to customer through credit card too.
