Job Description:
Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments
Making travel and guest arrangements
Greet guests and visitors and provide preliminary information
Perform clerical tasks such as answering telephone calls
Provide personal assistant services to executives
Filter incoming mail
Working in a professional environment
Qualifications:
Female, Age not over 35 years old
Bachelor degree
Work experience preferable
Basic command of English (written email correspondence important)
Responsible, values-based person
Good communicator with an ability to learn
Basic IT experience a benefit
Working day Mon – Fri (09.00 – 18.00)
Full Time, Permanent
