Welfare refers to the brand of individuals or groups to the general welfare of the community, or society. Considered as a function of the state to be held for the mutual benefit of the public (Tontiseve, Professor of Human Resource Management, 2011). Because currently, the company began reducing the welfare of employees each year. Employees do not want to work and can cause the performance of labor decreased by welfare. Companies or organizations, reduce the welfare of the employees because income may decrease the expenditure increase because some companies did not always fully times welfare. I would like to explore the satisfaction of welfare organizations that there is nothing lacking or problems that I had never known before. I have questions and the opportunity for people to come to know about the study of employee’s satisfaction of welfare and working conditions in Naresuan University. From the reasons mentioned above, Employees or those who are in a particular organization get comfortable in working is stable in the profession. There is a certain guarantee of life or any other welfare, in addition to welfare received on a regular basis as incentives to workers with good morale and satisfaction to use wisdom and their abilities in practice fully. Don’t have anxiety problems in both personal and family satisfactions in the work. Love and intended to work for as long as possible. (Maslow's 1943-1954)
