We are launching Our Employee Referral Program reward is to encourage you to introduce and refer your talented friends, family members, or former colleagues to career opportunities at April Assistance Thailand. We believe that referral from the current high quality employees will bring other high quality employees as well.
A referral reward is paid to an employee whose referral results in a full time position being filled if all the following conditions are met:
- The employee who made the referral is not the hiring manager.
- Before referring a candidate, employees should consider his or her work experience, educational background, experience in position being referred to, possible fit for position.
- The new hire must be actively employed for 4 months in order to the employee to receive their referral award.
- The employee who made the referral is an employee of April at the time the new hire started and for 4 months thereafter.
- The candidate did not come from recruitment agency and/or other form of publishing paid by the company.
- The new hire acknowledges the referral by noting the name of the employee who referred him/her on the Application form, which is required to be completed by new hires during the interview period.
The referral reward of 2,500THB is paid to the referring employee after probation period of the new hire.
The referral reward is subject to tax deductions.
