How do the employees get the salary?
They get a salary every month, in cash.

Any activity that implies having the TAT license, like selling touristic products: hotels, trips/excursions or guides.
What does the company do?
The activity/work of the company is advise (give information) to our clients. Our customers contract us once (when) they decide to come to Thailand. We help them to decide how many days they should stay in Thailand, which are the best hotels and which activities they can do in each city. But the clients are the ones who book and hire the hotels and the guides, not our company.
The 75% of our clients are spanish and the 25% are from another european countries.
Work schedule/timetable
The schedule/timetable of the company is not defined because it has to be adapted to the needs of each client. When our clients are in Spain we have to deal with them in the Spanish time, this is 6 hours less that Thailand, so almost all of the hours dedicated to consultancy are done since 4 pm Thai time on.
Each employee has an schedule depending on the task/work that he or she performs/does. The ones that do office work, work in the morning. The ones that have to talk with the customers, work in the afternoon/evening to adapt to the Spanish time.
Which are the roles of each employee? ORGANIZATION CHART
John. Consultant especialised in northern Thailand. Salary: 9.000 THB
His role is to inform the customers about the north of Thailand. Which trips/excursions to make, visits, temples, activities and also where can they rent a car, a guide or which are the best hotels.
He doesn't have a defined schedule because it depends on the availability of the customers. He talks with them when they are still in Spain so he has to adapt to the Spanish time. If he talks with the customers in the aftenoon, he does it from the office and if he talks with them in the evening, he does it at home.
Jeeraporn. Consultant. Salary: 9.500 THB
She talks with the customers about Thailand and its culture, like what the can and can not do. She explains things like the respect to the kings (o Royal Family), social customs, some words in Thai language that they can be useful in their trip or how they should dress in the temples.
Tick. Several roles. Salary: 10.000 THB
She has several roles. Fisrt of all she picks up the customers when they arrive in Chiang Mai and takes them to their hotels. She orientates them. Gives them maps of Chiang Mai and helps them to buy a telephone card and to activate it. She also makes tasks like invoice payments, go to the banks and care about the office equipment. The company is looking for a thai person who speaks Spanish to subtitute her.
Ked. Accounting. Salary: 9.500 THB
She does accounting taks and the cleaning of the office. Her work and schedule depends on our lawyers and accountants, who have their office in Bangkok. Shortly/Very soon Chawanat Kanthula will have her position
