Planning and Administration

Administer the department’s budget and all aspects of monthly accounting
Purchase order and invoice and expenses processing
Monitoring of payroll costs
Budget reporting, monitoring and planning
Agresso and budget management training
Year end procedures
Administration
Provide a full range of administrative services to the IS department, users of the Templeman Library and the wider University community
Support University level committees and the staff of professional service departments
PA Services to Director of IS and Assistant Directors
Support a range of IS meetings
Record, monitor and assist with staff recruitment/MANAGE secure personnel records
Support Health and safety procedures
