I have recommended, the case because customers say not recieve item.
I checked the status of the item receipt when September 22.
And inform the customer.
There was talk earlier messages, which I am trying to help a buyer fully.
Today the customer has opened return case .Why not open don't recieve item.
Because of this I cannot put Tracking Number to confirm the status of the item. Tracking is RR 119478577 TH
Do you have any suggestions?
