1. Use motar and prestle to pound the chilli and garlic, and then add brinjal, small tomatoes and salted crab (ripped the crab shell) and continue pound.
2. Add 1 or 2 tablespoons palm sugar then add 3 or 4 pickled fish and pickled fish stock, pound again.
3. Squeeze 1 lemon into motar and add little by little fish sauce.
4. Add shredded green papaya for 2 hands and then pound and blend again.
5. Serve with vegetables (e.g. cabbage, string bean, napa, etc.). Thai people love to eat Sticky Rice.
