The Marketing and Sales Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the companies marketing and sales activities and development for the business strategies, sales promotion, marketing research, studying and analyzing market situations and identifying trends, product management, increasing new business opportunities and marketing share. The manager will also be responsible for expanding the business network, directing, managing, monitoring and performing day to day marketing and sales operations, field service sales force and sales administration to achieve its business objective.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
•At least 10 years’ experience, preferably in retail and food sector.
•Excellent interpersonal / communication / presentation skills.
•Strong leadership, teamwork skills and hard working.
•Ability to work under tight deadlines, multi-task & manage projects independently.
•High responsibility, detail oriented, problem-solving & good negotiation skills.
•Good command in both spoken and written English essential.
•Computer literacy (MS Office).
