I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from your Agent . Our team and our shipping got bad service from them.
For the example : The local charge our shipment request for the detail in earlier ,they keep silent and ignore us .until today they just sent to my shipping team .We are not ATM that can provide money immediately.
I would like to declare ,the delay of document of this order came from the poor service of agent liner then you cannot force us to do thing that impossible to do .
