biomass-free LME-containing broth are potentially
effective in decolorizing dye-contaminatedwastewaters.
This work reports on the kinetics and bio-energetics
of decolorization of Trypan Blue, an azo dye, by
spherical pellets of the white-rot fungus Pycnoporus
sanguineus. The water-soluble Trypan Blue was used
as a general model for the azo class dyes.
