Continental Clothing are closed tomorrow. You might remember I sent a couple of emails about this already, one to let you know they'd be closed over the holidays and another to correct my mistake (they re-open on the 3rd January 2017, not the 3rd November...)
Any orders placed before 1pm GMT today that contain Continental Clothing garments will be processed as normal by our team. Anything placed after this deadline will not.
Since we stock the N03 in black and white (in sizes small to XXL) any orders exclusively using these garments won't be affected. Neither will any orders that don't contain Continental Clothing products.
Orders placed between this cut-off and the 3rd January, when they re-open for the New Year, will be processed as normal but production will be held until we receive the stock for printing on the 4th January. These orders will then be printed in chronological order from the date and time paid.
Prioritising orders being fulfilled with Continental Clothing products won't affect the printing times of any orders unaffected by them being closed.
If you do use Continental Clothing garments we recommend one of two things:
Keep your customers informed. If you email your customers, add a banner image to your store homepage, or both to let them know orders placed between today and the 3rd January will be processed on the 3rd then you can avoid any disappointment or miscommunication. This is the best option for anyone using a varied range of Continental Clothing products that don't have equivalents available from other brands.
Chose alternative products. Things like t-shirts and sweatshirts can be swapped for alternatives in another brand, though to protect your own brand it might be worth going with option 1.
If you need any help choosing alternative products or would like any more information about Continental Clothing you can reply to this message, call our office or jump on our chat service.
Happy holidays from the Inkthreadable team! And we wish you all the best for the New Year.
